彩色涂層鋼板是近三十年國際上迅速興起的新型建材，在連續(xù)化機(jī)組上經(jīng)化學(xué)預(yù)處理、初涂、精涂等工藝精制而成，涂裝質(zhì)量遠(yuǎn)比成型金屬表面進(jìn)行單件噴涂或刷涂的質(zhì)量更均勻、更穩(wěn)定、更理想。由于彩色涂層鋼板以具有優(yōu)異的裝飾性、成型性、抗腐蝕性、涂層附著力強(qiáng)，可以長期保持色澤新穎，所以彩色涂層鋼板能取得以鋼代木、高效施工、節(jié)約能源、防止污染等良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果，成為當(dāng)今制造建筑板材的理想材料。

Color coated steel sheet is a new type of building material that has rapidly emerged in the world in the past 30 years. It is refined by chemical pretreatment, primary coating, fine coating and other processes on a continuous unit.
